“Scrunching” Effect On Video Clips(Black Bars on Left/Right)

Go to Edit Title –> Video Sources –> Pixel Aspect Ratio
From the drop down menu (1 in picture) change the PAR until the thumbnail (2 in picture) is no longer “scrunched”.
